    I think the end game in all this involves Mitsubishi. Either for the Sibelco led take over of the plant or Mitsubishi orchestrating Sibelco via DRX to absorb MLM before Mitsubishi then taking out DRX. Mitsubishi is going to need product sooner or later to feed their plant and DRX and MLM have painted them into a corner with their surrounding tenements.
    But,as i stated,,it is just my thoughts.
