I will be honest and say, I’m not sure either??
Whether we have to get to 75% or whether the 50% triggers some form of vote that was posted by Propent or proponent (apologies to the poster).
I didn’t fully understand the spreadsheet anyway, however, we are gaining percentage by the day.
Let’s see, would love someone to explain it in plain English here though, if anyone can. I haven’t been part of a takeover before.
