I don't speculate on buyouts and takeovers, simply saying this company offers growth in a very good sector so thats why its attracting attention. If FY15 results get beat (which they shouldn't as they listed only recently and they would've had their numbers worked out almost till the end of the year) then this will tell me two things, management is conservative and under promise and over deliver (tick), and or growth is ahead of expectations (big tick). In either case, I think it's more about FY16 numbers and I'm fairly confident prospectus numbers can be achieved.
