Yep I agree. It's my only retailer so not sure how others are going ... but 15% online now (100% YOY growth) is very impressive in ANZ. AX1 and Bundy are great retailers - old Solly could even learn a thing or two from them!!
IMO, AX1 is now becoming so dominant in ANZ shoe retailing - the major brands will be begging them to do business with them.
I'm glad they're not going offshore yet - IMO they need exclusive arrangements to do this. Perhaps they'll get that from one of their suppliers soon given joint success in ANZ? Otherwise, glad they're holding off.
Re growth options - I wonder what other retail/fashion formats they could consider in ANZ? They certainly know how to manage staff, customers, suppliers, landlords, online sales, logistics etc etc. These are core capabilities that could be leveraged outside of sneakers.
