Dapper, I don’t begrudge him the decision to sell down his substantial stake that he received in the merger: diversification of a portfolio is smart investing. However, I find it counterproductive to sell these shares on market. I agree that a block trade completed with an institution including a brief explanation from the board would be preferred..... saying that though the CEO Daniel Agostinelli bought a substantial 698,000 shares @1.49 on 29.08.18. Not sure if it was on market or a block trade but a CEO buying that much at that price gives me confidence in the business. GLTAH
