The SP is a reflection of future cash flows. The sales outlook is good however Jobkeeper payments will cease sometime in 20/21. When this happens reality will kick in as AX1 will have to Fund all staff wages from there onwards. This will crimp profit growth whilst the economy gets back on its feet over the next couple of years. And that IMHO is the reason why the SP will be trading around these levels for quite some time.
For patient investors it may be a time to accumulate. For speculative buyers I think there are quicker returns elsewhere.
