I think a further write-down is a no-brainer and won't have much of an impact (most prudent investors would be assigning zero value to it at the moment given the risk issue), and the SP reflects that already given how low the earnings has retreated during this shambles - looking through that, it's about positive growth from that lower reported base, and of course, the big one, is there an end (positive ideally) in sight to the legal issues which has basically made the stock uninvestable at the current time. Make no bones about it, this is a rocks or diamonds outcome...You feelin' lucky?!!
