True that. For me, the management commentary on this year’s operations and outlook for next year are the critical pieces. Lots of investors focus too deeply in the numbers sections but I am a big picture guy
The next thing is to see if the management are delivering against their outlook unless a black swan event disrupts achieving those milestones. If a management only promises big and under delivers, you can move on. With PH owning 41%, you can bet that he thinks and acts like an SH.
Also, in the last year since the last 9 months I have been invested in this company, the management has not made one promise or Ann that has been misleading or deceptive. Despite the challenging supply chain issues and huge tailwinds, management have timely communicated with SH with solid info (not flaky) and when they didn’t have anything to say, they were quiet and not trying to kill the SP or give themselves bonuses. This is a rare quality in the micro cap world. So ticks the box for management integrity and acting in the SH interests.
