One would be hard pressed to find a management team that better understands, and cares more for, the business than these guys.
One gets the very clear sense that they have a clear purpose for the business and where they are taking it, and that they methodically and diligently apply themselves to getting there without getting distracted by things outside of the business.
I've listened to them present on maybe 5 or 6 occasions and each time I come away reflecting on their quiet confidence, which I have concluded is an outworking of their unique and differentiated insights about doing business.
