agree on your anecdotal evidence. Poor listing volumes is what has been their recent downfall, the tide seems to be turning (slowly). you probably get good hints from the REA.ASX results. Only thing i could glean from that was:
"July National residential new Buy listings were down 5% YoY, with Sydney
and Melbourne listings both increasing by 9%. YoY growth rates in Q1 will
reflect strong prior period listings volumes with prior year volumes weaker in
Q2."
