Kills, like I posted in the other thread, it’s nothing to stress over, that same resolution has been voted on and approved already by shareholders on 2 prior occasions.
Check the ASX announcement from 17th March 2021, and 4th Dec 2020
I’m sure they will eventually issue (some of) those 60mil shares to fund capex at Paulsens, but I wouldn’t hold your breath trying to catch a dip.
SRK have proved themselves fairly good at CR’s over the last couple years at least, each one is a small as possible and at increasingly higher prices (4.5c, 10c, 22c). That’s why we still only have 270mil SOI and about to be cashflowing
