A lot of the resolutions in the meeting yesterday were only passed with about a 5% majority (except the name change that was almost 95%). So either the old board members who are wanting to get voted in need to buy more shares to have a hope, or since the meeting yesterday have realised this extraordinary meeting that have asked for is dead before it even starts and are now just dumping shares. My money is on the latter. Even at current prices all these guys are making some decent coin out of it, because their entry points were so low. Sell side is almost double what is has been the previous week or so.
