    Without sounding like a dumb shit, why the hell are they doing this? Are they just being vexatious? I'm Unaware of the history of this company. Why were they initially ousted? All I know is I like what the current board are trying to do. Good luck all.

    Do they need 51% for the resolutions to be carried?
