Good question. I'm not sure what the process is. Once you call a meeting and it has been scheduled, can you then cancel, or is there a legal obligation to still go ahead with it? Maybe someone else with more knowledge could let us know.
Selling pattern yesterday and today just doesn't feel like the old board is accumulating. Everything is to the sell side in volume terms. I guess for me, at the end of the day I'd still prefer to see the old board selling and getting our completely. Will definitely be short term pain on the share price, but fo rme that's a buying opportunity to accumulate some more. I'm in at around the mid 0.06 at the moment, so still have some daylight. I can just see so much potential with this stock
