certainly an amount of dilution SPP a month ago at 3c, according to annual report (which was obviously b4 SPP) there is less than a 1m in the bank on hand and they have mentioned an institutional CR, they are not going to buy in at these prices 200% + on the SPP a month ago. A name change IOU won’t do nothing to SP I suspect. The BOD stuff is a real misfortune for this mob, sort that out, news of CR ( this will be incredibly interesting, tipping 4.5 - 6c range offering plus options) and 2021 might be the year to reset.
