Apparently from past 2019 Annual Report the old board and TIm Monger & co presided over a terrible loss making venture into Mobile gaming and others with huge write-offs of nearly $2million just in 2019 and up to $5million in investment in the mobile gaming space.
Looks to me the previous old board and directors did a terrible job. Who would want to have the old mob back ? $5million in investment writeoffs in 24 months. Good riddiance IMO!
