    Hi BrighterSpark,
    If the meeting is scheduled for the 30th of May then if retail shareholders are very quick of the mark they may be able to have a letter outlining the case for a NO vote included with the Notice of Meeting from the company which has to to be mailed out to ALL sharehjolders. Someone just needs to contact the comapny secretary ASAP.
