Pretty much sums up what a toothless tiger ASIC is. Thought their role was to investigate situations where so called directors are using the law in an amoral way and their benefit in such a amoral way is to the detriment to the folk like you and I are sucked dry like an ichneumon fly. I have no answers apart of booting the board out completely and starting again with those that have a moral compass.
