I am clueless when it comes to corporation law, but what happens when Breeze's current attempts to disrupt MEC fail, yet he continues to retain greater than 5%. Can he continue to bring these notices and disrupt MEC ad infinitum?
David Breeze should take the hint that his time in MEC is finished, but its likely he will go on disrupting the company as much as possible. After all how much work can go forward with these notices popping up?
