The company only has to outline a 2 yearly budget for Apurimac and they've met the conditions, provided they have the cash to carry out the planned work.
It really is simple and straighforward.

Thanks Red-frog, I read listing rule 12.1 as:

I can't see anywhere listing rule 12.1 relates to simply preparing a 2 year budget and proving they have sufficient cash to carry out planned work. I suppose this is part of commenting on the nature of SRK's business activities to the ASX, as looks to be required under rule 12.
