Well I just read the General Meeting report and Nick really has shareholders by the proverbial’s with this one. There is no option but to vote in favour. According to 1.2 clause C, Talico has the right to buy back the OTT and IPTV for a nominal amount if the issue of performance rights isn’t approved. This IP is the only thing that makes TV2 worth anything. I was naive, but I had thought that this IP had already been transferred to TV2. As far as I am concerned the rest of the proposed IP on the IOT’s isn’t worth a penny as there are many companies doing exactly what is proposed and doing it much better. The only thing that might allow TV2 to survive is if OTT has some traction elsewhere. I rue the day I ever invested in this company. A very expensive lesson for me.
