What is clear now, is LIND will no longer cough up cash and what is also clear is the amount of cash Lind would have made available, but this was over a specific time frame. Some holders may have forgotten this......
Again, this information is of a material nature, if the debt facility is no longer available, should this not be announced to market??
Also, the terms of this 350k loan from an apparent a.nonymous investor have also not been made clear. This is Tv2, so it should not be surprising at the vague information within official financial reports, but I feel as though they forget that it's not just shareholders they have to show clarity too, there are also laws that they need to adhere too....All just IMO
