The problem is, what choice do holders have. Its been the same for along time. What choice did they have but to approve CN's, Nicks salary etc.

If they do not approve it, its back to the multitude of all other deals in the "pipeline" that are clearly miserable failures.

Holders are between a rock and a hard place and again Nick has maouevered his way into a position of power over them.

I certainly wouldnt blame them for voting it through.

Cant believe he is claiming shares in lieu of salary again though, i mean cmon Nick you are the most drastically overpaid CEO going around given the companies success or lack thereof. Then expenses for 40k plus? Were these expenses for the Jayplus deal, which is currently a Talico deal? Lord knows nothing has been happening with all the other deals.......
