I am also very worried about this BCM set up as well. The fact David and Susan Swan are both directors of the company, to me is suspect. The address of 60 Sapphire Coast Drive is some little cheap beach shack in NSW. Suspect. Conrad Karageorge looks to be some young bloke who has also been given a job working for his father's bigger company. Credentials?? Suspect. The notice of meeting and agenda details lacks support to restore value and confidence to shareholders. Suspect.
I know many companies do it, but not a fan of BCM set up in the West Indies.
All in my opinion only. Would love to be proved wrong as I have a reasonable amount invested in this company. Will be hoping for the best but expecting the worst. Good luck to all BSR holders.
