check out page 7 and 8 of the announcement , one of the directors John Traicos seeking nomination was the secretary and legal manager of of MZI resources , which I held shares and options in , I went and looked at their operations South of Perth and was shocked at what I saw

Obviously however the current situation is untenable , Alex seems like a really nice guy , but given the lack of site progress and lack of updates may be best for him to resign gracefully for the benefit of shareholders , he has built up African relationships , it would be good if he helped in the transition by introducing new directors to his African mates .
