Or, is it worded to mean that there must be 500t in the last currently completed pond? If that is the case, given they have 9000t in-situ in the ponds then this has already been met, gifting a nice $75k pay hit to JP upon ratification. That’s not really an incentive given it’s already in place……

I think the 2025 is a typo that should be 2026 and final evaporation pond is after Authium's Filtration plant.

If he can compete construction with15mil usd from here id be happy to stuff his pockets with performance shares. I don't think it will happen but let's see. To be fair compared to a lot of the performance rights you see in the juniors on the asx these will actually take a good performance.
