For the record, my take on things has been consistent, apart from the “they’re taking it private” comment, I got that one wrong and always admitted it!
Maybe consider being honest about your own narrative? It helps with credibility.

That’s one way to see it.

The way I see it: after months of inactivity and mixed signals, they were approached with a rushed deal that benefits almost no one (de-risking haha, let's see) but they had little choice but to accept it. It’s a full 180° from their original plan, likely just trying to salvage what they can.

And even then, it’s far from done. They still need to raise a lot more. The SSP is priced above the current share price, which says a lot.
