jbmurc, still to read through the document thoroughly myself, but I got the feeling the options would be reduced by the value attributed to the USN share, not the actual price itself. So looks like the reduction could be quite small if they are valuing USN at around 5c ex transaction.
Could be reading it wrong. I will print and read more thoroughly tonight.
