I wonder what USN holders think of pfk's assessment that their shares are worth 5c?? What happens if the market ignores the pfk assessment? The directors accept a nominal value of 5c, the options exercise price drops by 2.5 cents, but the USN shares continue to trade at 19c giving each ARD holder a 9.5c value??
I'm totally confused about this adopting a value of 5c thing.....we get the shares right, not the cash....so its what they are trading at that matters, not what pfk says they are worth?
Wouldn't the added value of Bullant to USN pretty much balance the dilution of adding another 44M shares, so that the trading price of USN could remain much the same as it is now??
Help please, totally confused by this.
