A quick look at the Top Twenty in the last AR suggests SB might be rooted.
Presumed to be aligned with Interprac:
Sargon 19.2%
Unrandom 8.9%
Garry Crole 8.4%
Cojones / Jones Family 11.8%
Total so far is 48.3%. Plus presumably some rats and mice holdings that I'm not aware of that gets them over 50%.
But it's fair to say our chairman is sending inconsistent messages here so I can't tell which side he is on. See page 11 of the proxy in the Resolution 2 section where it simultaneously says "Chairmans voting intention: AGAINST" and "Mr Garry Crole recommends shareholders vote FOR the resolution".
Which one is it Garry?!?!?!?!?
