Voting exclusion in relation to Resolutions 1 and 2
In accordance with the ASX Listing Rules, the Company will disregard any votes cast in favour of a) Resolution 1 by or on behalf of
participants in the Placement or b) Resolution 2 by or on behalf of participants in the SPP or any of their Associates.
So can we vote on Res.2 if we get shares in the SPP? There is some guff underneath that bit but I can't make sense of it.
