Definitely voting against resolution 1.
As a participant in resolution 2 can’t vote for or against. Will vote for remaining resolutions.
if all share holders vote against resolution 1 it will send a clear message to management that we’re not impressed with their decision to allow the sale of so many shares by a broker who no doubt got paid for selling them.
