I liked his general demeanour when BL spoke very recently for the first time alongside Tim. Needs someone with a sharp mind to execute a strategy to its full worth. Most here, if not all, are fully aware of all the many moving pieces we have. And yes, it looks to be a good fit, Tim IMO was trying to do too much. There are too many spinning plates. No blame intended as not easy finding key players with any ability/vision.

Onward and upward, time will tell as they say....
