Gee, could this be the "Sophisticated Investors" who participated in the Placement, dumping their fully paid shares? They might sell the fully paid (and take the small loss), because they can sit on their very generous Options - which they got 3 for 4.!
They have 4 years to take a profit, and then only pay 2c per share to exercise.
