I recently received my control number this week and have voted against all resolutions apart from number 8 due to it being required to be passed to increase our share in the project. My investor group in IXR will also be following suit.
I encourage all holders (regardless of how many shares you hold here to vote No), send a clear message to the board of management that there are no free lunches here with large options being issued at favourable terms (Brett Lynch). We don’t want this being a common occurrence moving forward so now is the perfect time to show disdain to the board so they think twice about pulling this stunt again. In my opinion, we shouldn’t be in this position and should have ripped the Band-Aid off with a larger capital raise back at 1.8 cents. Don’t let wealth be transferred from existing long term holders to new comers like Brett Lynch.
It honestly takes two seconds to vote. Small holders in aggregate can end up being the difference between whether a resolution is passed or not so please keep this in mind and don’t just expect the large holders to do the heavy lifting. Every vote counts.
