I haven't received my control number yet. I'll be voting NO on 1 - 7. If achievements were being made and our share price wasn't going backwards for years, I am happy to reward the BoD, but to give away 10million shares to execs just for turning up to work is outright greedy and insulting to existing SH. Aren't they already getting paid $30k - $40k per month for god sake? I am very concerned they have this greedy and selfish mentality when most SH have lost huge amounts. Get the SP to 20cents and I'll consider the free shares for doing what you are suppose to be doing.
