It would need to be something/ an agreement of a committed nature in order to be "material".
So nothing executed yet IMHO.
I suppose a "nudge/nudge" "wink/wink" could occur, but risky.
In spite of no agreement yet executed, they might be supremely confident though - this Performance Rights resolution must surely indicate that enthusiasm and confidence - otherwise why would they agree to forego $100,000 each in salary??
