So if I read this correctly, the agm is on the 16th May to ratify there performance rights.?
Given there is a substantial number of rights that would vest if they receive £5M in grants at least, we can safely assume that the granting of the UK govt funds is NOT going to happen until after the 16th. Otherwise why would these even be in there for consideration?
The 16th May is a long way off given we were expecting the granting of these funds in Q1.. in fact, it should be “imminent”….
