It pretty simple folks, use your votes to send a message. You can register and vote in advance on line. They monitor the early votes against each resolution. If it’s not looking good they employee someone (using our money) to do a ring around and work down the register trying to get holders to vote in favour, if that doesn’t work the resolution gets modified or pulled before the date of the meeting.
Best way by far to send a message to the board rather than banging on the keyboard here.
