There's no reason why it couldn't still be 20M, they will have just maxed out the freebies. Remember, shareholders still have to vote on it so if the majority disagree they just don't get them anyway.
In my view, I'm okay with them dropping 100k in salary to get these freebies if they execute. We've been in do or die territory for quite a while so the next 10 months are huge. 1.5% dilution for freebies may extend the time needed slightly for a cap raise.
