Just reflecting on the Convertible Notes - looks like the recent enthusiam market support for IXR will be of benefit!, the stronger it "The SP" gets, if my Calc's are in the Ball-park? (seeing the SP is well above the examples given!) Not sure if the ratio CN:SP is directly proportional as SP rises?

The notice says:

So the higher the value, the lower the impact (less dilutive) from the proposed Convt.Note issue. see Cvt Note:MC column.

I'd like to know more about the timing that the CN's might can convert and impact thereof at their conversion?

Doesn't look like it's much of a concern, it keeps to coffers filled and provides wriggle time for IXR to cement some of their many business plans that appear to be gaining traction at present and may hit the road in 2025-2026!

Perhaps it will be clarified on Monday @ the AGM.
