I can tell you he owns more share than what are under his name.
As for hoping something good is going to happen, how is diluting your shares going to help you, draeur?
I have no idea how these resolutions are going to help anyone who isn't at the top of the share list.
I've been following this stock for a long time and this is what they do to get money, generate and dilute shares.
