As the share holders we need to wake up.
These management is playing secret games and ruining the company and wasting share holders money.

1) Kick out these directors- We cannot afford 300K to David Wall-What did he do for last 6 months to bring value to the company nothing.
2)Get directors with less salaries.
3_ cannot believe all the money spent on drilling TPT had 22 mill( incl 7.5 M) which would cover 99Million drilling cost
4) Why can't they sell the block Genel spending 200 M to acquire the 50% interest in Puravida block in Morocco.I'm sure they will buy TPT block for a fraction of the cost.
5) TPT has 10% intereset in JKA.asx which would worth around 2.0 M why can't they sell the shares and get the money rather than diluting the company.
6) We need directors to act on behalf of the share holders not on their own interest.

No point voting for $0.006 per share share price should be at least 4 C given that GALP will drill few wells as soon as some one finds oil in adjacent blocks.
All share holders need to be united and act fast
