The they set a price for themselves and their friendlies at a very low price. They won't sell them, but they will make a bit off the open. They are just picking up a little bit of stock to try protect their directors jobs. Thats the only reason. If they could avoid writing the $50k cheque they sure would. Tight as a fishes....
