Yes, the upsetting part about this is firstly they would be of the view that the share price will tank to around 1c or less and therefore the .6c will be at a significant discount for the sophs.
What irks me the most is they want to be included in that raising so they can walk over the dead bodies of their shareholders, reducing their losses whilst scooping up an excellent salary.
I believe that a “NO” vote should be in order to at least prevent them from escaping the financial pain that we are all experiencing.
