Wow. I barely follow this any more as I luckily sold months back. They are raising at $0.006 of a cent.
Which is basically at a discount of 80% to the last trading price. So if it ever starts trading at the Capital raising price, with a total of 374 million shares, the company will have an MC of $2.2 million.

Sorry, but what a total and utter disaster. How in the hell are they even going to get anyone to put money in..??

Lesson learned on this stock, never ever buy into a one trick pony.
