GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS - CLARIFICATION

Zyber Holdings Limited (ASX: ZYB) (‘Zyber’ or the ‘Company’) refers to the announcement made on 8 March 2016 regarding a shareholder meeting to be held on 8 April 2016.

The Board wishes to reiterate that its cash at bank remains robust and there is no immediate intention to raise funds for existing operations. The approval for the placement is purely being sought to allow the Company the flexibility to raise funds in the future should a new opportunity arise that requires funding. This approval is only required because the Company lost its ability to place funds under the normal 15% placement capacity due to a technical breach of the ASX Listing Rules in early 2015.

The Company otherwise has sufficient working capital to achieve its stated objectives as outlined in its recent prospectus.
