I know the alternate directors. So I have a full understanding of what is going on and how to read a room. Vote how you want that is your prerogative. I will be voting for the removal of the existing board due to not giving shareholders anything. If they came out and stipulated that the escrowed shares are going to be delivered to shareholders 100% then they can stay. I also couldn’t give a rat about the cash in the bank. The directors can share it and walk away with a big golden hand shake. Problem is, no one is buying Morila or wanting to buy the LLL stake at a fair market price. I will be voting to oust this board as integrity and honesty is what I live by. If the current board can’t by open and honest then hasta leugo.
