Exactly why I'll be voting AGAINST this action.Agree re timelines, mismanagement etc etc.But to do this now that we are potentially so close to resolving this is f4cken insane, imo.

Screwed over by management and now about to be screwed over by emotional shareholders shooting from the hip, well done.

They've had a whole 13 months to get something decent on the table, one where LLL SP was serially depressed. It would've made sense then to strike a deal. But as it stands with LLL appreciating as it comes online, there is not a chance we would get anything "fair", tax effective or not.

Most of us just want our escrowed LLL shares back in July '24. I don't know what price tag you put on a Leo share, but NO ONE is going to offer us close to it's current SP, let alone a significant premium.
