Let's not compare Tesla with AUZ.
AUZ is a billion dollar project and obviously the Board is trying to negotiate a deal in which its future prospects are financially secured.
The Offtaker deal must be "bullet proof" this time round and have adeqaute grit/strength that AUZ can take/present to financier(s) to get a billion dollar loan in order to manufacture its production plant with sufficient working capital in hand to operate with ease/comfort until revenue starts flowing-in.
